- if you would like the same entry in multiple weeks, use the multi select tool and it will be in multiple week groupings!
- if you would like to make multiple new entries quickly, select the repeat option and new entry will be created called “Repeating Entry” with a number following it
- this is done through automations:
- the repeat assumes it is applied to the first entry that repeats (so selecting “every” creates new entries under weeks 2-8, selecting “odd” creates entries under weeks 3, 5 and 7, and selecting “even” creates entries under weeks 4, 6 and 8).
- you can apply the repeat to a later stage, so selecting odd on an entry under week 3, but this will still create new entries under weeks 3, 5 and 7
- if a piece of work is set with a due date 2 days away but has not been checked off as complete a “🔴” will appear in the overdue column
- this will go away when the item is checked off
- this is done through formulae:
- I used the notion AI to help write a formula to do this process
- you can also set up a reminder when you set the date for the work, under the calendar area there is an option “Remind” and notion will send you a notification when you select it to remind you and the date will turn to red when a reminder has been sent
