If you are having a hard time picking what to eat ask yourself:
- how much are you prepared to do to get food? see the complexity view to get an idea of options
- do you want something crunchy? something salty? something with a sauce? something with variety or consistency?
- if it has been a while since you have eaten go have a snack and a drink and come back!

Note about portion sizes and ingredients:
- I do not measure things out when I cook, (the estimates I have given are guesses I have made while writing these recipes down) but the estimates are based on what I eat for me to feel full, if you need more food to feel full or want to have different ratios of ingredients then do just that! If I feel hungrier, or more distracted which probably means I am hungry and am struggling to notice, I cook more
- in almost all of the recipes if they are vegetarian, they can easily have a meat added to them, or if they contain fish/meat a veggie or vegan substitute can easily be added
- if you are nut free I will list any options for changing ingredients if the recipe is tagged with “contained nuts***”, if it is just tagged “contains nuts” then the nuts are a key component, i.e. peanut butter cookies
